Meet your Acupuncturist

Dr. Jacklyn Miller, DAc, LAc

Doctor of Acupuncture, Licensed Acupuncturist

Jacklyn was born and raised in Northern New Jersey where she spent her formative years growing up in her father's family medical practice. There she learned what it means to be a healer and fostered the intuition that she would pursue her own career in healthcare.

Jacklyn graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Villanova University, double minoring in Psychology and Healthcare Ethics. She began her postgrad education with the pursuit of a Master of Acupuncture degree from the Won Institute of Graduate Studies. She studied abroad at Won Kwang University in South Korea, earning a certificate in Traditional Korean Medicine. After finishing her Masters, Jacklyn decided to advance her expertise by completing a Clinical Doctorate degree in Acupuncture. And because that was not enough for Jacklyn’s heart of a lifelong learner, she is currently completing a certificate in Chinese Herbal Medicine.

Helping others is fundamental to Jacklyn’s being, it is where she finds joy and meaning to her life. She is an avid believer that our bodies have the capacity to heal themselves when provided with the right nourishment and healing support. In her free time Jacklyn enjoys long walks with her dog Beau and gardening in her yard. As an acupuncturist, she hopes to empower her patients along their healing journeys so that they too can live a life that satisfies their own inner meaning.

Jacklyn's clinical focus encompasses a range of specialties, with a particular emphasis on women's health, pain management, emotional balance, and stress reduction. Drawing from a diverse set of techniques, including Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture Physical Medicine, and Worsley Five-Element Acupuncture, she tailors her approach to meet individual needs. Jacklyn utilizes various tools alongside acupuncture needling such as gua sha, moxibustion, and cupping, to artfully guide the body, mind, and spirit towards a state of inner peace.
